Andre Carson: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

We must ensure no taxpayer dollars contribute to human rights violations or anyone's death--most especially an American abroad.

Even if your home country is still in crisis, you could be sent back anyway.

We must honor them with our actions--rejecting misinformation, upholding the integrity of our elections, and ensuring no one is above the law.

I hope my colleagues will join me in calling for justice and accountability for Shireen Abu Akleh.
