Sure, there are some students who are graduates who are good, but they are not the ones who were in power in the countries to which the graduates went. The impression is given that if you close the school, all training will stop. That is not true. All the universities in this country are available for training, and a course can be set forth that will permit this to be done. The fact is that this school has failed. Its record is one of failure.”
