Yet we are rebuilding the police in Iraq to the tune of $500 million. Veterans, we just heard a debate about the priorities in veterans, yet did you know in Iraq we are spending $150 million to help train the Iraqi veterans from their past wars? That is the tale of two budgets. One priority for Iraq, another priority for the United States.”
