The fact is there have been a million additional children in the last year and a half whose parents work full-time who don't have health care and this would cover. And to the other point you said, actually there have been Democratic and Republican Governors and principally signed by this President where the adults have come from. This President signed those waivers for Democratic and Republican Governors.
