It will move more goods more efficiently. It's going to create jobs for the economy up in Vermont, and it did increase speeds just a little bit.

We are not going to get $1 as long as there is language in the appropriation bills that says no Federal money can be spent on California high-speed rail.

It's going to be expensive to build the high-speed rail. If that is the figure today, that is the figure today.
