Well, it looks like the fact that they have no FAA administrator, although apparently the president appointed someone to look into the crash that occurred at Reagan, it's -- you know, Sean Duffy, the new secretary is three days into his job and he's relying on career people, which are outstanding people both at the FAA and at the Department of Transportation.
