Transportation has always been bipartisan, and you all proved it again yesterday.

This is not for Ray LaHood. It is not for you two, with all due respect. It is for our kids and grandkids.

I think passing a bipartisan bill reflects the very best values of the Senate.

We have had a little hiccup here, but that is not going to stand in the way of this project moving forward.
