In some parts of the country, we're going to have trains going 200 miles an hour.

I would hope that we could find Members of Congress that wouldn't prohibit the Federal Government from funding high-speed rail projects.
I do think that there can be new rules and regulations. And I think while we were at DOT, we promulgated some very strong rules and regulations regarding rail safety.
