Senator Murray, we want to thank you and the delegation for all your leadership.

This administration takes a back seat to no one when it comes to environmental issues, emissions issues.

I particularly would like to recognize the leadership of both Senator Thune and McCaskill.

We think this is a very lousy, bad policy that they should not be doing.
