The high speed rail in four years, we have invested $12 billion. That's just the federal money.
The highest segment of unemployment in America today is in the building trades, people who build roads and bridges.
It's going to be expensive to build the high-speed rail. If that is the figure today, that is the figure today.
We cannot afford not to do it.
