I'd like to express my strong support for H.R. 4377, the Accelerating American Leadership in Science Act.

I recognize it is possible to have a regulatory regime that protects the American people.

However, the Fed has implemented some controversial policies that I am concerned may have some unintended consequences that, in fact, could increase systemic risk.
