I believe DoD is missing the mark by not making the education track mandatory for those servicemembers who are planning to use their G.I. Bill benefits upon transition.

It is long past time for these projects, marred by bureaucratic ineptitude, to be complete.
I have a feeling that the VA will not be able to cling to those illusions any longer.
