We should have traditional fee-for-service for those who want it and we should have the Medicare Advantage plans that we promised them.

That is why we are here, because of the attack on seniors from ObamaCare and the cutting of $716 billion.

The public should not be deceived that if we move to a regime that is costly, ineffective by the manufacturers, they could move overseas with less stringent.

So it is not unprecedented that we have this language.
