I am glad that we have an opportunity to discuss some specific steps as to what we can do to improve people's lives.

It is no surprise that we have the law of the land for failure of the appropriators to spend the money.

I do not believe that it is a good policy to ban materials just because you don't like them.

Let's remember though that this proposed budget, actually any President's budget, is not binding on anything Congress ul...
