I think we both agree that it was the responsibility of this committee to continue to hold the FAA responsible, and that the more pressure that we put on them, the more they would respond.

It is clear at least to me--I can't speak for other Members of the Subcommittee--that we can no longer rely on recommendations by the FAA, that some standards are going to have to be changed.
