Given that there are other high-risk, hazardous industries such as the nuclear power industry, that do not have similar shared risks, why is it necessary for the Federal Government to continue this structure for the commercial space launch…

But the bottom line is the bottom line, and it comes down to money.

I thought it was crazy to try and design a multibillion-dollar system using taxpayers' money without involving those who, in fact, would operate the system.
