Impaired driving risks the lives not only of the impaired driver but everyone else as well.
If we really want to get serious about lowering drug prices a first step would be a bill that I have, H.R. 2439, the Fair Drug Pricing Act.

340B is absolutely essential to people in my district. With skyrocketing drug prices, 340B is literally a lifesaver.
The Horseracing Integrity Act introduced by Representatives Barr and Tonko is a critical piece of legislation.
Most notably, it places a ban on race-day medication, which I feel is the most important change to the legislation.
So I think at least Bob Baffert is saying it is a performance-enhancing drug.
