I hope that this decision will be made soon, because I think there is so much evidence now already that phthalates are a problem.
I also wanted to talk about testing on animals. And I have a bill, the Safety--Safe Cosmetics and Personal Care Products. And the bill that I had would ban all--almost all--animal testing.
