I believe that this Congress and the President of the United States, President Barack Obama, took a historic step to expand health coverage by passing the Affordable Care Act.
Every American who can afford to buy health insurance must buy insurance, and if you can't afford it, the Affordable Care Act will pay, will help you pay for it.
Repealing the Affordable Care Act would mean 17 million children with pre-existing conditions who will be denied coverage by insurance company.

This was tried in the Clinton administration. It did not work then, it does not work now.

I think this is a case where we can put the two bills side by side and see one--and I applaud the authors of it--one was very strong. The other is less strong.
getting people to have a better understanding of what is connected to the internet, how it connects, and who can use it, these are all things we can do.
