I congratulate the gentleman from Oklahoma for pressing this issue. This does two good things: First it provides a good college education for some highly motivated young people; and, second, it provides the police forces of our country with some highly motivated educated young people. It is a win-win situation. Mr. Chairman, I think it is a great idea, and I am pleased to support it.
