I yield myself 30 seconds simply to say I have heard so many things about this bill that just are not so. There is nothing in the world inhibiting a woman who has a faulty breast implant from suing and getting full recovery, economic, noneconomic, and, if the case warrants, punitive damages, twice whatever the economic and noneconomic total up to. And if it is an egregious case, the judge can add more to it. So I just do not know what I am hearing here.
