I only wanted to point out that all of those industrial figures to which the gentleman made reference to, of course, that all has occurred and it has got nothing to do with this legislation. Second, I want to emphasize the fact that there is no prohibition in our legislation as to collateral benefits. That is to say, an investment is not deemed to be violative of the prudent man rule just because there are some incidental benefits that come from an investment. Indeed, every investment does have that. All that the prudent man rule says is that you shall concentrate upon the very first order of business.
