I have never found that to be the case with you. I have found that what you see is what you get in Jerry Solomon. You know exactly where you do stand and basically that means that here is a man who is very interested in serving people because he is empathetic and concerned about people. Time and again I can say as one who did not serve in any committee with you, that when I was in trouble on the floor, many times I was in trouble, you were there. Many times when I did not even ask you, you would come down here, when I was a pork-buster, for instance, and time and time again you did give me so much help. You are a man that believes in giving. You know that by giving, that is how you receive. You know that by loving, that is how you really are loved. That is why the people in this Congress, I think, think so very much of you. You got a big file, but you do not need that. You are a big man, anyway.
