Although I continue to harbor doubts about the effect of these cuts, I will accept the gentleman's response. However, Mr. Chairman, I must also express my serious concerns regarding the effects of the initial cuts to FSA which were included in the 1994 act. The impact of these cuts is ongoing and I believe that the hardships that they have caused in the form of job loss, office closures and the potential for decreased service availability must be addressed and should be limited as effectively as possible in the future.
