I support and accept your amendment to our amendment. One of the reasons is I think of an example in the State of Illinois, in Will County, which is the largest county in my district, a county without a juvenile detention center. Of course, they are anxious to construct, because they are overcrowded, and they need a place to put bad kids and get them off the street and keep them off the street until they have the opportunity to go to trial, for a juvenile detention facility.
