If the purpose of any health care bill is to bring down the cost of health care, that is, to break the curve, so instead of health care costs going up, they'll at least be stable, if not retreat, then it really defies logic as to why the Senate bill, which the House will take up and vote on in a very interesting manner, sort of a backdoor approach to approving what happened in the Senate, when that bill imposes an excise tax on medical equipment--
