I am in favor of a tax cut for all manufacturing entities, from large corporations through to the sole proprietorships. The reason I abandoned my own bill, Manzullo- Rangel-Crane, is the fact that it limited relief only to the large corporations. Only. Only to the large corporations. I cannot support that. What we need is a bill as in the other body that has a manufacturing benefit for everybody who manufactures, not just the large ones.
