We have been talking to, off and on, the tyrants in Tehran, and it isn't working, and it is not going to work.

We must also recognize the abundant opportunity that Ronald Reagan provided our nation when he first established our EEZ.

Success cannot be built on wishful thinking about a regime that has shown a desire only to extract concessions from us and from South Korea.

I respectfully urge you to act so that the bill can be enacted into law very soon as it needs to be in the interests of our great nation.
