I do not come from the city of Chicago, and I do not claim any of the Illinois politics. All I know is that every additional dollar that goes back to the school district in my school district, not one more cent goes to a bureaucrat. They do not hire more bureaucrats. They may hire more staff to deal with those disabled children, but that is the purpose for which IDEA is intended.
