(a) In General.-- Section 1202(b)(10)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1322(b)(10)(A)) is amended by striking ``September 6, 2021'' and inserting ``September 30, 2022''. (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (Public Law 116-127). ___________________
