I think it just takes a bit of time. It will take some time with the Affordable Care Act and ultimately I think that Americans are going to feel the same way about the Affordable Care Act that we now feel about Medicare.

I have never seen the implementation of a new system, a new program, or a new law that covers the entire country, without there being some glitch or some glitches.
This is not an investigation in pursuit of better government. It is a desperate, 11th hour attempt to stop a law that will help Americans.
