I actually introduced the first bipartisan carbon fee bill that was introduced where all the money would go back to the public.
One thing I think that we can do a good job at is from the government side is putting more funding into ARPA-E.
we need everyone that we can get on board to work on the solutions to the big problems that we face.
But I think what keeps me up at night is thinking about my own daughter and the world that she's going to face if we do nothing.
I would put Chicago's traffic up against anyone else's for being the worst in the country.

I believe it is definitely the former, and I strongly fear that it could also be the latter.
