It seems that something went wrong with the FAA's safety certification of the 737 MAX, and 346 people died.

I think it's really important that we do what we can to help get the great work... into new products and services.

I appreciate that commitment from the NSF to I-Corps and hope that continues to have that strong commitment.

I've always been a very strong supporter of the NSF.

I appreciate the opportunity for T&I members to work with the Committee on their priorities.

One death is one too many.

Section 130 has been a successful 30 year effort to protect motorists and prevent grade crossing accidents.

I look forward to working with my colleagues on the subcommittee and full Committee to modernize the program.

I wanted to highlight one today, rail crossing safety and the Section 130 program.

I respectfully request that the Committee bear these three priorities in mind when determining an appropriate course of action that promotes sustainability for our communities and our environment.
