Dan Lipinski is a former Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Illinois's 3rd congressional district from 2005 to 2021. This bill grants a limited exemption to the Federal pay scale to ensure that NIST will have access to the right people.
this really helps to put NIST in a good position to carry out its work through the end of Fiscal Year 2019.
I support the amendment, and I thank the Chairman for working in a bipartisan way on this bill.
