The fact is, No Child Left Behind has done more to stigmatize and demoralize our students and teachers in struggling schools than it has to marshal the talent and the determination and the resources to turn them around.

Supporting our public schools is key to addressing many of our nation's challenges and issues.

They're not ‘these kids.' They're our kids. All of them.

There is no substitute for a parent who is involved in their child's education from day one.

I do not accept this future for America.
