It's important to be right on day one.

The legislation, the authorization had the title, an authorization to use U.S. military force, U.S. military force, in Iraq. I think everybody, the day after that vote was taken, understood this was a vote potentially to go to war.

And finally tonight, we heard President Bush say that the surge in Iraq is working, when we know that's just not true.

The Kennedy Family, more than any other, has always stood for what's best about the Democratic Party and what is best about America.
