I take Senator Clinton at her word that she knew nothing about the photo. So I think that's something that we can set aside.

I do provide a mandate for children, because No. 1, we have created a number of programs in which we can have greater assurance that those children will be covered at an affordable price.

And let me tell you, we don't need more failed policies of the past.
