Although I am pleased with the Administration's actions on Korea, I do not believe we can allow a vote on the Korean free trade agreement without taking action on Colombia and Panama.

Every moment that goes by that this agreement is not in place that we are unable to export in a very strong way to these nations, other countries like China, European nations are very quick to come in and pick up that vacuum.
