The red line represents the Biden-Harris administration. Look at the chart and ask yourself: How did Vice President Harris do as the person in charge of the border? In June 2021, Vice President Harris said: ``If you come to our border, you will be turned back.'' Look at that chart and ask yourself if anyone took her warning seriously. In September 2022, Vice President Harris said: ``The border is secure.'' Look at that chart and ask yourself if it was then or if it is now. Mr. Speaker, the Venn diagram of border security and the Biden-Harris administration are two separate circles. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to vote ``yes.''”
