I will answer that I strongly believe that we should follow this prescribed course. In that case, where you say there was a cost to the city of Albuquerque, there was a cost to the cities across the country that had to put in these metal detectors. Did it exceed $50 million? I do not know. If it did not, then no point of order would lie against the bill. But, I say to my friend from New Mexico, nobody knows what the cost of those metal detectors was, and we certainly did not know before we voted for it.
