I would suggest to my friend from South Carolina, with a great deal of respect, that I have throughout this day been floating and suggesting unanimous-consent agreements to bring these amendments to the floor. And there has been objection from your side. So I think I have followed what is prescribed in the Senate rules, in the spirit of trying to get the amendments. I would like nothing more than to get these amendments out on the floor so we can debate them and vote on them.
