I know that the chairman has worked very hard to fashion a balanced bill and that he has done everything possible to accommodate the concerns of all Members. I had intended to offer an amendment to increase the renewable energy funding level by $8 million. However, with the chairman's assurances that we will work in conference to raise the funding level of this program, I will not offer that amendment.
