There is much that I'm hearing on this floor so far in this debate that I do not disagree with. There is much that I do agree with. The numbers are this: 62 ``no'' votes on the Republican side and 24 ``yes'' votes on the Democrat side. I said for weeks we should go to both sides and pull together 218.
