The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle D of title I of division A, add the following: SEC. __. PREVAILING RATE OF WAGE REQUIREMENTS. None of the funds made available by this Act, including the amendments made by this Act, may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the prevailing rate of wage requirements in subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Davis-Bacon Act). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 512, the gentleman from Iowa (Mr. King) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Iowa.
