I thank the gentleman from New Jersey for yielding and for leading this Special Order on this 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. Forty has a lot of biblical implications. Moses led them wandering in the desert for 40 years, and Jesus spent for 40 days and 40 nights. Marilyn and I have been married for 40 years. There are a number of things I would like to tell in this narrative, Mr. Speaker. The first thing I would like to relate is the story of Joyce Zounis, who has delivered to me her narrative, and I will pick out some of the highlights of it and introduce it into the Congressional Record.
