I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 519. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the requirements in subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Davis-Bacon Act). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of today, the gentleman from Iowa (Mr. King) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Iowa.
