The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), add the following new section: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to extend the expiration date of the memorandum titled ``Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest Program Changes'' and dated September 25, 2014.
