The gentleman from Texas, we've got an open government. This is the most open, the most honest government in history, and we are drawing conclusions based upon not getting an answer as opposed to the answer that we might get if they would just simply give us the information. I mean, this really saddens my heart to hear this. I'm not that surprised, but it saddens my heart, Mr. Gohmert.
