“Mr. Speaker, I thank the gentleman from Florida for his presentation and certainly support and endorse every word that I have heard here. I think about the leadership that George Washington provided, and a couple of things come to mind. One of them is, in my six trips into Egypt, I have met with President el-Sisi each of those times.
