Reclaiming my time, of course that is what it takes to get the votes for a bad deal. That is what the American people know, that's what the Tea Party patriots know. I would go further. When you start out and you have a good idea. Let's say it's a stand-alone idea. What about the idea of putting an end to the lawsuit abuse in America? We've passed that legislation out of this House, and Republicans were in charge, and we sent it over to the Senate, where it was blocked in the Senate. But it was a clear, concise idea that makes everybody whole that has been actually the victim, perhaps, of medical malpractice. Three hundred million people, some things are going to go wrong. It allows for them to cover all of their health care costs, allows for someone who is a victim to receive their loss and income. And actually it established pain and suffering and an additional $250,000 on top of that. And in Texas, there's three different increments that go to three-quarters of a million, but that's it. Trial lawyers don't walk away with pockets full of money. It's a very simple concept that can stand alone, that the American people can look at and see that it isn't a special deal.
